  every thing was as expected very nice very clean beautiful bedding , extraordinary view, and room

  had to leave the hotel because of sickness of a favorite pet, had to rush home only to find he had died. hotel staff reduced rate to 50%of full cost.nice gesture but still pricy. we never used the bed or bath,

  Very impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff (especially the valet who were kind enough to go to my car and retrieve something for me while I had dinner) Bed linens were very clean and comfortable. Impressed that I was offered a room upon check-in for a very nominal fee. This made our anniversary weekend very memorable.

  The room had a great view. The weather wasn't the nicest, so we weren't able to see as much as we would have liked, but still great.

  The staff were polite and helpful, the room was very clean and my fallsview room (upgraded from 2 queens to a king with jacuzzi tub on a higher floor) had a phenomenal view of both falls (Canadian and American). I also received complementary buffet breakfasts both mornings, and their omlette bar made that completely worthwhile. Plus, it was right above the Niagara Falls welcome centre, and fairly close to all the Clifton Hill action (15 min shuttle ride--5 min by cab). Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel.

  The hotel locks out the room card keys right at noon, so if you haven't checked out exactly on time, don't leave your room and expect to be able to get back in. It would have been good to know that in advance.

  You should include the word "outstanding"; although we arrived early we were able to check in, which was a bonus; my husband has travelled throughout Canada on business for many many years; we felt that we absolutely received value for our money and the hotel met every expectation; breakfast room service was perfect. Thanks for a great week-end.

  The hotel was beautiful, the room was perfect - the location was amazing, our view of the falls was spectacular, so much so that we found it hard to leave the room! The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the room service was good - all in all, a lovely relaxing stay at a great place.

  The push to use the incline railway to get to the falls rather than providing directions for walking seemed like a gimmick to spend money on something else, but otherwise everything was great.

  The view from the tenth floor room was spectacular. The hotel staff were very accommodating and help us out of a tight spot created by an air Canada delay.

  It is not directly connected to the casino.

  The location and the view were superb. The staff were very good and the facilities excellent. Our room on 20th floor was particularly good and well worth the price. The breakfast, while expensive, was superb and also came with a fabulous view.

  Paying for internet access and parking. Hard to find hotel entrance and parking on first visit to Niagara Falls.

  Magnificent Fallsview from the room! The organized sight-seeing tour was excellent! Very friendly & competent tourguide (Jeannie). True value for your money!

  No shuttle to the falls, walking down takes a little while if you don't take the payable "elevator" which only operates during certain hours.

  Stayed in a fallsview room with jacuzzi. Room was large, clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. Excellent location, right in the heart of it all.

  Parking, food & internet were very expensive. Jacuzzi in room was a little disappointing - only had 4 jets, so not really powerful enough - only used once during our stay as a result.
